The primary goal of HRMG 6316: Managing the Organization is to challenge-and improve- students’ understanding of human behavior in organizations so that they are better positioned to strategically leverage human capital. SCHM 6318: Managing Operations and Supply Chain focuses on the integrative management of processes and activities involved in transformation and delivery of goods and services and emphasizes foundational knowledge on supply chain and operations management concepts, techniques, and functions.ST RT 6318: Strategic Planning for the Future provides the fundamental concepts for understanding and managing strategy in a competitive context, focusing on analysis, critical thinking, and making strategic decisions.
