Wilson's Perspective
“This is a very special place to me, very near and dear to my heart,” Wilson stated to the Midland Daily News. “Playing back when Coach Pat Riepma was here, and now watching Coach doing such a good job and caring about the kids the way he does. “I wanted the guys to know how special it is to reach the playoffs,” Wilson added. “There are a lot of guys watching, a lot of guys rooting for them, and they need to embrace this moment.
Conference Affiliations
Since the 2022-23 academic year, the Timberwolves have competed in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC). Northwood’s Midland campus is also home to the university’s NCAA Division II athletic programs, known as the Timberwolves, which compete in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC).
