Robert Brandt Scholarship

The Robert Brandt Scholarship, named after the first superintendent of Vantage Vocational School, offers one $500 scholarship each school year. Robert Brandt was hired in 1973 and remained superintendent for 27 years. He passed away suddenly on May 30, 2005.

Eligibility for Robert Brandt Scholarship

This scholarship is designed to assist an adult student with training in the area of Career Technical Education at Vantage Career Center. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a Vantage Career Center High School graduate.
Be enrolling in one of these qualifying program at Vantage Career Center: Practical Nursing, Medical Assisting, Police Academy, CDL, Emergency Medical Technician, Firefighter I, CNA, or Welding.
Demonstrate financial need or be able to express how the scholarship will enhance their future career.
Recipient must complete half of their hours to retain their scholarship.

Scholarship funds will be sent to the school and applied to the student's account. The application deadline is August 1 of each school year (July 1 to June 30).

Vantage Career Center High School Graduates Scholarship

This scholarship is specifically for Vantage Career Center High School graduates attending an adult education program the following year.

Corey was an avid outdoorsman and known to those closest to him as a “fish whisperer”. Corey loved all things beautiful: flowers, landscapes, sunrises, sunsets, and people. He saw the best in everyone.
