Individual Leasing

Unlike some apartment communities in College Station, OTTO Northgate offers individual leasing for added peace of mind. Individual leasing means students are only responsible for their monthly installment payments, not those of their roommates. They want to make everything as easy as possible for residents of OTTO Northgate. That’s why they offer individual leasing from mid-August through late July.

Guarantor Options

A guarantor is not required for OTTO Northgate, but is recommended. They have many ways to qualify, from a personal guarantor, our Leap Program, Pre-paid Rent, and Self Qualification methods.

Amenities and Features

OTTO College Station boasts a wide array of amenities designed to enhance the student living experience. The amenity space is 16,750 SF it will be spaced out over five levels, inviting space for students to socialize and study in a variety of lounge seating. This arrangement promotes student identity, diversity, and community in the student’s everyday activities.

Furnished Units

All units of OTTO College Station come fully furnished with designer furniture and a 55-inch Smart TV in common areas. In addition, they include high-speed internet, trash, recycling, and all basic appliances. Electric and water are split amongst roommates and billed back monthly.

Parking

OTTO Northgate offers reserved and undesignated parking in a secured garage on a first-come-first-serve basis and at an additional charge. Cost varies based on whether the space is assigned or general and the overall demand for spaces, but you will receive a parking space if you sign up. A resident who does not have parking on their lease will not have access to park in our garage. There will be 300,000 SF of parking in four stories of above-grade parking.

Roommate Matching

They offer RoomSync! Roomsync is a Roommate Matching program that allows residents of OTTO College Station to fill out an in-depth questionnaire based on their lifestyle preferences. Once completed, they can swipe left or right on potential candidates based on preferences to match together. They can even chat before matching to ensure they’re the perfect roommate couple!

To make their lives easier, they employ a well-qualified team of management and maintenance professionals on-site during business hours. They even have a 24/7 maintenance staff available in case of an emergency.

Parking: On-site garage parking is available at an additional charge.
Annual Utility Setup Fee: $79.20 - This Fee covers the cost of establishing utility services for your unit.
