Navigating Princeton University Concerts: A Guide to Ticketing Options

Princeton University Concerts (PUC) offers a rich tapestry of musical experiences each season. To ensure access and convenience for all patrons, PUC provides a variety of ticketing options, designed to accommodate different needs and preferences. This guide provides detailed information on these options, including single tickets, subscriptions, discounts, and special programs.

Diverse Ticketing Options for Every Music Lover

PUC is committed to making its concerts accessible to a wide audience. To that end, they offer a range of ticketing options, including:

  • Single Tickets: For those who prefer to attend individual concerts, single tickets are available for purchase.
  • Full Subscriptions: While Full Series Subscriptions are no longer available, they traditionally offer a way to secure seats for all concerts in a season.
  • Make-Your-Own Packages: These packages allow patrons to create a personalized concert series by selecting a specific number of events, often at a discounted rate. If you already have a subscription, you can still add individual events to it at a subscriber discount.

Discounts and Special Programs

Princeton University Concerts provides discounts and special programs to increase accessibility:

  • Low-Income Patron Discounts: PUC believes that everyone should have access to great music. Contact them for more information about low-income patron discounts.
  • Student Discounts: All students can access discounted tickets to all of our offerings! Princeton University Students also enjoy special ticketing initiatives. Students over the age of 10 will be asked to present a valid ID.

Passport to the Arts Program

Every season, up to four PUC events are available to Princeton University students at no charge through the University’s Passport to the Arts program. The Passport to the Arts program will launch at the start of the academic year. In the meantime, students can purchase tickets online only.

The Passport to the Performing Arts program, sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students, allows undergraduate and graduate students to attend world-class performances on campus each year at no charge. It may take a few minutes for Tiger Tickets to appear after logging into the ticketing system for the first time.

Managing Your Tickets

As of August 2025, Princeton University Concerts is transitioning to the University’s new ticketing platform, powered by vivenu, to provide a more modern ticketing experience for all patrons. Series subscriptions and Make-Your-Own packages can also be accessed through the same portal. Navigate the dropdown menu to the “Tickets” section of your account. Tickets are grouped by event, and each event includes options to manage or store your tickets.
