What is Included?
Comprehensive Tuition includes lunch (Kindergarten-Grade 12), academic technology fees, co-curricular and testing fees, books (Beginners-Grade 5).
What is Not Included?
Tuition does not include school uniforms, books (Upper/Middle School), transportation, and voluntary student activities (such as elective travel).
Tuition and Fees
Yearly Tuition: $30,000 (Prekindergarten-12).
The initial deposit, due at the time of re-enrollment, is $2,500 for all grade levels. As a reminder, Ranney School policy requires new students (other than Beginners) to purchase a $1,000 bond. This is a non-interest bearing, one-time payment which is refundable upon graduation or withdrawal. Please note that for rising Pre-Kindergarten students, the bond will be required in addition to the deposit at the time of re-enrollment.
International Student Fees
International students pay an international student fee of $9,000 per year (which includes medical insurance) in addition to Ranney School tuition. 50% of the tuition is required before an I-20 is issued.

If you have a 529 Educational Savings Plan for a child, you may use the account to pay up to $10,000 toward your tuition for Kindergarten through Grade 12.

Tuition revenue primarily covers the salaries and benefits for Ranney's faculty and staff and the costs of maintaining our 60-acre campus. Application Process for International Students
Students interested in applying to Ranney School for grades 7-11 should complete the Standard Application Online (SAO). International students interested in grade 6 should contact Admissions before starting the application process. Ranney School is proud to partner with several full-service CSIET-approved agencies and will accept agency specific applications in addition to the SAO.
Important Deadlines
The priority deadline for Upper School students to complete the admissions process is February 15th. Students interested in applying after February 15th priority deadline should contact the Office of Admission to determine space availability.
English Proficiency
All international applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through standardized test scores. TOEFL/ TOEFL Jr: Examination scores must be no more than one year old prior to applying for admission) (TOEFL Code: B131).
