SCJC offers a range of courses, including:
Personal Wellness: This course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through the participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity.
Biomechanics: This course is designed to complement and enhance biomechanics by focusing on balance, flexibility, and strength.

I could do manual machining, I could do CNC machining, and I took a general welding class, so if I had to I could be a welder.
