Master of Management Studies (MMS)
SIESCOMS's main programmes are a two-year full-time course in Masters in Management Studies (Mumbai University). The Masters in Management Studies (MMS) is a two-year full time management program affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

SIESCOMS's main programmes are a two-year full-time course in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM- autonomous). The Post Graduate Diploma in Management program and the other PGDM-Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Managements comes under the SIES Business school whereas the Masters of management studies, a Mumbai university affiliated course is a part of SIESCOMS.

Master in Computer Application (MCA)
SIESCOMS also has full-time Master in Computer Application (MCA), which is a two-year programme from year 2020, aiming at creating managers specially for IT sector. Candidate must qualify MAH MCA-CET State Level Entrance Test.
Doctoral Program

Admissions

SIES International Journal of Management (SIJM) is the peer reviewed annual journal providing finest platform for the publication of research papers, articles, abstracts of PhD theses and book reviews relating to the business and management issues from international dimension. SIESCOMS has come out with ‘PRERNA’, a journal exclusively for the social sector.
- Student Body: A strength of the College may be found in its student body. The program accepts about one-sixth of its applicants; the admitted students are well-suited to the program, there is an established five day new student induction program, and admitted students have good success in their academic studies and in placements after graduation.

- Differentiation of Programs: There are significant overlaps in courses between these post-graduate programs of studies. Therefore, the institute must take action to differentiate the accredited PGDM program with its own distinctive branding and external market perception.
- Span of Control: There is an opportunity for improvement in leadership through optimization of the span of control of the Director's position.
- Formal Charters and By-laws: There is an opportunity for improvement through development of formal charters and by-laws for the Board of Governors, Local Management Committee, and Managing Council.
- Quantifiable Metrics: There is an opportunity for advancing continuous improvement through use of metrics that are more quantifiable.
- Learning Outcomes: There does not appear to be a systematic approach to establishing the attainment of learning outcomes, bench-marking and common minimum competencies.
- Quantifiable Measures: There is an opportunity for improvement through establishing quantifiable measures of the attainment of learning outcomes in domain knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
- Assessment Data: There is an opportunity for improvement for the business unit to continue with the Peregrine Inbound and Outbound assessment data collection in order to directly measure achievement of desired learning outcomes.
- Academically Qualified Faculty: The unit is advised to place additional emphasis on increasing the percentage of academically qualified faculty.
- Course Monitoring and Evaluation System: The business unit could profit from having a course monitoring and evaluation system that is more tightly tied to the overall policies and procedures of the unit.
