Former students who have not been enrolled within the past two years face a different process. These individuals must complete the Former Student Questionnaire. It is important to note that the Former Student Questionnaire can be "finicky" regarding the answers provided, so careful attention is needed when completing it.

Updating Information and Ordering Class Rings
Alumni can update their address and contact information to stay connected with the university. Furthermore, alumni can celebrate their academic achievement by ordering the prestigious Texas A&M University-Central Texas class ring, which prominently displays the school emblem.
Limitations of Alumni Access
When a student leaves Texas A&M University, they lose many of the resources they enjoyed as a student. It's essential to understand these limitations to manage expectations and seek alternative solutions where available.
Loss of Online Account Access
After graduation, or upon being no longer actively enrolled, a student's OAL account is disabled. Once this data is deleted, it is often not recoverable. Access to TAMU_WiFi and eduroam is also lost upon graduation or non-enrollment in courses.
Library Access
While alumni lose comprehensive online access, limited library access is available. The Texas A&M campus hosts public library access for non-students. Any student who has graduated from Texas A&M can check out up to 5 books at a time for 2 weeks if they have a Former Student Account. Although a Former Student account does not give access to our Electronic Resources online, graduates can visit the library in person to receive temporary usernames and passwords for use on TAMU library computers, allowing temporary access to online databases. These temporary credentials will not function on personal devices like iPads, laptops, or phones.

Alumni Association Membership
In 1890, the first class of students completed their course program from the university and banded together to form the Alumni Association. Alumni can join the Alumni Association using the secure membership signup form. Today, the tradition of giving back as alumni of a dynamic educational institution continues.
Legacy Scholarships
Alumni can also support the next generation of Aggies. Their children and grandchildren are eligible for a special alumni scholarship called The Legacy Scholarship. In order to apply for these scholarships, the children/grandchildren must first apply to the university. Once they have applied they will be given access to the MyLeo Portal, as well as the scholarships portal.
