The building occupies half of a city block, and its architecture responds directly to the site’s shape and zoning requirements, resulting in rounded corners and flowing edges along the public-facing facades. Reaching 200 feet, REV is the tallest building in the area and the tallest tower between Austin and Houston, serving as an important emblem for Bryan-College Station’s forward-looking urban growth. Zoning restrictions of deeply rounded curb cuts presented a creative opportunity to incorporate a formal curvature language, thus creating a flowing, undulating façade.
