Registration and Access
Accessing the Student Hub is straightforward. Please note that the Award System login is not compatible with the Student Hub. To get started, you'll need to register for a Student Hub account.

When registering under LASECID, you will also need your first and last name, your birthdate, and the high school you attended. When registering under LOSFAID, you will also need your first name, your last name, and your birthdate. Please note that the "I forgot my login name" and "I forgot my password" links will only work with a Student Hub account, not with a prior Award System account.

The Student Hub was designed with the global and mobile student experience at its core. Its digital experience continues to evolve, focusing on students’ changing needs and preferences. The platform is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring that you can access the resources you need, whenever and wherever you are.
Student-Driven Development
The Student Hub's development is heavily influenced by student feedback. Through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, students have identified features that provide the biggest impact on their university lives. The digital experience student program provides students with the opportunity to work directly with IT Services on the development of the Student Hub. The digital experience student team continues to provide perspective about the student community and their needs as well as help direct, guide, and test the development of features within Student Hub. Features are continuously added or enhanced based on student feedback.
Key Features of the Student Hub
The Student Hub includes many features that make students’ day-to-day lives easier. Some of its key features include:
- Profile Management: Update student profile information on the Me page and choose what information is visible to other students.
- Discover Page: Search, connect, and follow others with similar interests and experiences using the Discover page. The Discover page will also recommend clubs and organizations, based on who the student is following and which groups they’re already a member of or following.
- Resources Page: The Resources page features a wide range of valuable campus resources, links, and information vital to students’ experience including careers, class registration, employment, academics, financial services, graduation, health, counseling, housing, dining, IT support, library, research, and more. Under Resources, students can search for links, favorite links to save for later, and even add their own custom links.
