Refunds
It is crucial to carefully review course descriptions before registering, as refunds for non-credit, online courses are generally not granted. In such cases, all registrations will be automatically refunded in full.
To request a refund, a written request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the training begins. The request should include the student's name, social security number, and the training name. No refunds will be given after the first training.
