Essential Information for Attendees
Weekend Headquarters
Weekend Headquarters serves as the central hub for all Reunion activities. Open throughout the weekend, it's the place to sign in, collect event materials, check into residence hall rooms, and get answers to any questions. Friendly staff are on hand to assist and ensure a smooth start to the weekend.
Registration
It is important to note that children over the age of 16 should be registered as adults attending the weekend. This ensures accurate headcount and appropriate allocation of resources.
Campus Safety
Campus Safety, located at 76 Vernon Street, remains open 24 hours throughout the weekend to provide assistance and ensure the safety of all attendees.
Parking
All on-campus, legal parking spaces are available to attendees during the weekend, unless specifically marked as reserved for handicapped parking or vendor parking. Preference is given to guests staying on campus and requiring overnight parking.

Transportation

The College Bookstore
Located on the lower level of Mather Hall, the College Bookstore remains open during the weekend, offering a variety of Trinity College merchandise, books, and other items.
Food N Stuff
Food N Stuff, Trinity’s student food and hygiene product pantry, is available to all students for free. It is located on the lower level of Mather next to the main stairwell. A surprising amount of food insecurity exists on campus, especially during academic breaks.
TrinGuest Network
The TrinGuest network is available to all visitors, providing complimentary internet access throughout the campus.
Sustainability Initiatives
Trinity College's strategic plan emphasizes building upon its historic past to ensure a vibrant, sustainable future. In alignment with this goal, the Office of Alumni Relations collaborates with the College’s sustainability coordinator to incorporate aspects of the College’s Sustainability Action Plan throughout the weekend. Important Reminders Upon Departure
Key-Drop Locations
Please do not leave your key card(s) in your room! Key cards may be dropped with or without envelopes; key cards are numbered and matched to room reservations allowing the College to track that your key has been returned.
Room Condition
Please leave your linens, towels, and pillows in the room. Be sure to take all of your belongings with you as Trinity cannot be responsible for lost or forgotten items.

Weather Considerations
An Extreme Weather Plan for outdoor events will be enacted only in the event of extraordinary weather such as lightning or exceptionally high winds; tented events will remain outdoors in the event of seasonable rain, wind, and temperatures. This ensures the safety and comfort of all attendees, regardless of weather conditions.
