Trinity Academy is committed to enrolling a diverse, motivated, and capable community of learners. The financial-aid program, supported by generous donors, has the goal of making a Trinity Academy education available to as many students as possible. 54% of current Trinity Academy students receive need-based aid through our financial aid process or outside scholarships.

Families seeking financial assistance must complete an application and submit all required documentation online by the specified deadlines. For returning families, the deadline is January 15. New families must submit their application prior to their Family Interview. Required documents typically include tax returns, income verification, and debt verification.
Financial aid funds are dispersed as available in accordance with need, based on a third-party application & screening process.
Trinity Academy currently manages financial aid applications through FACTS Management. There is a one-time \$40 application fee for the FACTS service. The due date for fullest consideration for financial aid is February 13th, 2026, and award information for new students is sent out along with their acceptance letters in the Spring.
Trinity Academy offers financial assistance to families who have a demonstrated financial need. Those who plan to apply for Financial Assistance MUST also apply for and complete all steps related to the NC Opportunity Scholarship.
Discounts
Trinity Classical Academy offers a 10% tuition discount for additional students from the same family. This can significantly ease the financial burden for families with multiple children enrolled.
Trinity Academy offers a discount to families with three or more children attending. Full tuition and fees apply to the two oldest children. Beginning with the third child, a 40% discount on tuition will be given.
Enrollment and Registration Fees
A \$250 non-refundable deposit must be submitted at the time of application. This deposit minus a 10% processing fee is refunded only if there is no space available for student to attend or if TCA determines through the application process that the student or family is not a good fit.
Once a new student is invited to enroll at Trinity Academy, parents will have two weeks to complete the Enrollment Agreement and pay the non-refundable New Student fee of \$1,000 per student (maximum of \$1,500 per family).
New students enrolling at Trinity Classical Academy of Summerville are required to pay a \$450.00 non-refundable registration fee.

Admission to Trinity Classical Academy is dependent upon sufficient promise of academic success and parent-student agreement with and subscription to the school’s philosophy and policies. Trinity Classical Academy maintains high standards and expectations; therefore, re-enrollment in succeeding years is based on student achievement and parental support.
Prospective families schedule a tour to review the program and determine candidacy of the student. Tours are by appointment only, and the prospective student must be present during the tour. A follow up appointment will be made for the student to complete an academic assessment. Students wishing to enroll in Grades 3-8 must schedule a shadow day after the initial tour. You will be invited to apply for admissions once your tour, assessment, and student shadow date, if applicable, is complete.
Trinity Classical Academy values diversity and admits qualified students of any race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin and accords or makes available all the rights, privileges, policies, and activities made available to any students at the school.
The school does not accept applications for admission unless a spot is available for a child. There is a \$50.00 application fee for all new students. Previous report cards, school records, and recent standardized test results from the child’s previous school are reviewed. Registration is incomplete and a spot is not held until the enrollment fee and all forms are submitted.
