Free Admission and First-Come, First-Served Basis
Any currently enrolled UCF student is granted FREE admission to all regular-season home games. All event admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Claiming a pass DOES NOT guarantee admission, so arrive at games EARLY.
How to Claim Your Student Ticket
Step One: Opt-In for Text Notifications
Provide a mobile phone number so UCF can text you when your seat is available. If you receive a confirmation text from 986-96, reply "YES" to opt-in to these text message notifications.

Step Two: Access the Fan Hub
Download or Open the UCF Gameday APP from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Existing users can log in using their created password. This will begin the account reset process. Go to UCFStudentTix.com.
Step Three: Manage Your Tickets
In the Fan Hub, you'll see your passes for each game. Tap Manage Tickets to view when your barcodes will be available, or Buy Student Guest Tickets to purchase a single game guest pass for a certain game.
Step Four: Accept Your Pass
Your pass(es) and barcodes will be available prior to every home basketball game. If opted-in to text notifications, you will receive a text message from 986-96 when your passes are available to be accepted, or follow the steps above to access your passes.
Step Five: View Seats and Barcodes
Tap to Accept your pass, then tap View Seats and Barcodes to view your mobile barcodes.
Step Six: Scan and Enjoy
Scan your barcode at the gate, and enjoy the game! If you have an iPhone, you may save your pass to Apple Wallet for easier access.

Purchasing Student Guest Passes
If you want to bring a friend to the game, you can purchase a student guest pass. Each UCF student is limited to one guest pass per game.
Step One: Buy Student Guest Tickets
In the Fan Hub, tap "Buy Student Guest Tickets" under the game you want to purchase a guest pass for.
Step Two: Select the Number of Passes
Select how many passes you would like to purchase (limit one per student), then tap Buy Now.
Step Three: Enter Payment Information
Enter your payment information and tap Purchase Now to complete your order. This will provide you with a digital barcode you can use to scan for admission to the venue.
Important Reminders and Policies
- Student ID Required: Students must have their valid UCF I.D. AND their mobile pass to enter. You will need to still show the I.D. but will no longer have to scan the I.D.
- First-Come, First-Served: All event admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Limited Seating: There are a limited number of seats, so it is first come, first served.
- General Admission: Student seating is general admission.
- Mobile Ticketing: To offer greater convenience and safety, mobile-only ticketing will provide contactless entry to Addition Financial Arena for all UCF basketball games.
- Accessing Tickets: Ticket-holders will access tickets through the UCF Knights app (supported on Apple and Android devices) and available for download via the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).
- Digital Wallets: Tickets will also be available to download and save on your digital wallets.
- No Screenshots: PLEASE NOTE SCREENSHOTS WILL NOT SCAN AT THE GATE. TICKETS MUST BE SAVED TO YOUR PHONE.
- Women's Basketball: Students can attend home UCF Women's Basketball games by showing a valid student ID at the entry gate. Admission is first-come first-served for all games based on availability.

How much do UCF student guest passes cost?
- Student guest passes can be purchased through the student ticketing platform for $15 to non-conference games and $23 to conference games. Each UCF student is limited to one (1) guest pass per game.
How does my guest(s) scan into the game?
- Your guest can either enter the arena with you using the pass on your phone, or you can send them their own passes by tapping "Transfer" under the barcodes on your phone.
Can I sell my student pass for games that I do not attend?
- No, passes cannot be resold.
Do I need a student pass for Women's Basketball home games?
- No, all you need is your student I.D.
Knightmare Society
Knightmare Society members will have a new dedicated fast pass entrance at all UCF men’s basketball games, giving them priority access. Members will be able to enter through the fast pass entrance (located on west plaza drive at the main student entrance) starting 90 minutes prior to tipoff with a valid ticket.
Student Ticket Claims for Football
- Student tickets will be available starting Monday of each game week.
- Students will be able to login and claim one student ticket starting with Knightmare Society members.
- Student ticket claims will remain open until all tickets have been claimed.
- If you claim a student ticket, you will be ensured entry in the student section on gameday until 30 minutes before kickoff!
- Once all student tickets have been claimed, standby passes will be available to claim to all other UCF students looking to attend.
- Students with a standby pass, will be admitted into Acurisure Bounce House starting 30 minutes prior to kickoff IF the student section has not reached capacity.
- All students holding a student ticket must be in the student line no later than 30 minutes before kickoff to ensure entry. Students arriving after the 30 minute mark will no longer be ensured a seat.
- On gameday, students with a standby pass will be asked to join the standby line located across from IOA Plaza.
Digital Ticketing Guide
Knights season ticket members and single-game buyers can access their tickets by downloading the official UCF Knights App to their mobile device. The app is available for free on both Apple and Android devices.
FANS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO LOGIN AND SAVE TICKETS TO THEIR MOBILE DEVICE PRIOR TO ARRIVING ON CAMPUS TO AVOID CONNECTIVITY ISSUES ON GAMEDAY. Screenshots, photocopies, and pictures of hard tickets will not be permitted for entry.
How to Save Tickets to Your Phone
- Open the official UCF Athletics app and navigate to "Tickets" in the bottom menu.
- Login to your UCF Athletics Account Manager with your username and password.
- Select a game to manage -- you can save the tickets to your phone, transfer them to a friend, post them for resell or donate them.
- After logging in to your account, choose the event you would like to manage. You will see a list of all seats for that event.
- Click "Add" to save the ticket to your phone.
- Swipe right and repeat Steps 1 and 2 for each ticket you want to save.
- Tickets will now be saved in your Apple Wallet / Google Pay app for gameday.
How to Access Tickets on Gameday
- Open Apple Wallet / Google Play and tap on the ticket(s) you saved.
- iPhones will scan wirelessly without a barcode.
- Sign in to your UCF Athletics account.
- Tap "Accept" to claim the tickets.
- You can now save the tickets to your phone, transfer, sell, or donate the tickets from your home page.

Game Day Experience
Tailgating before Knights football games is one of the most celebrated traditions at UCF. It offers a special time for reunions of family, friends, and alumni. UCF is pleased to host these gatherings and welcome all of our guests to campus. We expect all fans to celebrate responsibly and adhere to the rules while on campus.
Whether you’re attending your first Knights game or have been a longtime season ticket holder, there’s a lot to know about game day on campus. Protecting campus is the UCF Police Department’s top priority, so if you see activity that looks suspicious, say something.

Health and Safety Measures
All fans over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask over the nose and mouth while in the arena and on-campus. Face coverings must be worn at all times except while actively eating or drinking in your seat, and you should be stationary and maintaining appropriate physical distancing.
The Spectra-managed Addition Financial Arena has installed nearly 400 COVID-19 health and safety measures to prepare for the venue’s reopening.
To prepare for its reopening with limited capacity, Addition Financial Arena has installed numerous sanitizer stations throughout the facility, hundreds of COVID-19 related signs and floor markings to promote physical distancing, protective plexiglass and additional physical barriers at all concession stands, and paperless loge/suite menus on the premium level. The arena has also gone completely mobile with event tickets.
Addition Financial Arena will remain vigilant with enforcing all health and safety guidelines put forth. Face coverings will be required upon entry into the facility and must be worn at all times except when actively eating and drinking in one’s own seat.
All food and beverage will be in closed-top boxes or individual packaging; condiments will be pre-packaged, and cutlery will be distributed with limited contact.
Parking Information
For men’s games, parking for East and West Zone Seating will be made available in Garage D. Parking on game day will be $5 per vehicle. Season parking passes are available by contacting the UCF Athletics sales and service team at 407-823-1000.
Parking for premium seating (courtside, club, loge and suites) will be available in Garage F with a proper parking pass.
