Subscription Packages

Full Season Package: Includes all five on-campus shows in the 2025-26 academic season and the musical at UCF Celebrates the Arts, Legally Blonde. The full package includes The River Bride, Urinetown, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, One Man, Two Guvnors, The Bacchae, and Legally Blonde.
Build Your Own Season: Create a subscription of 3 or 4 shows from the academic season.

Important Policies

Ticket Sales: All individual ticket sales are final. There are no refunds.
Late Arrivals: Seating is not guaranteed once the performance has begun, and the theatre reserves the right to release your tickets. Re-entry into the theatre when the performance is in progress is only guaranteed during intermission.
Special Needs: Inform the Box Office (407-823-1500) about any special needs at the time of ticket purchase to ensure optimal seating locations. A limited number of wheelchair accessible seats are available for each performance.
ADA Seating: Available by calling the box office.
Golf Cart Transportation: Golf cart transportation is offered from Parking Lot D-1 (parking lot may vary on days that UCF is hosting a home football games) for all patrons. Theatre UCF employees are unable to physically assist patrons in/out of the golf cart and to/from their seats.
Waitlist: Theatre UCF opens the waitlist for sold out performances one hour prior to show time. To be added to the waitlist, the patron (and their entire party) must be present at the theatre building box office (Theatre building 6, next to the Chemistry and Business Administration buildings). If tickets become available, they will be released to patrons in the order that they signed up on the waitlist. If a name from the list is called and they are not present, the theater will move on to the next patron on the list, and the person who was not present will be moved to the bottom of the list.

Addition Financial Arena: Ticketing and Box Office Details

The Addition Financial Arena hosts a variety of events, and the box office is located right in front of the arena off of East Plaza Drive.

Key Information

Phone Orders: Addition Financial Arena's Box Office does not process ticket orders over the phone.
Hours: On some events that begin prior to 12pm, the box office may open only 2 hours prior to the event.
Will Call: Located at the Addition Financial Arena Box Office. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account.
Cashless Facility: Addition Financial Arena is a cashless facility. The box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. No cash or checks are accepted.
Refunds and Exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
Reprinting Tickets: If you purchased tickets through Addition Financial Arena's Box Office or Ticketmaster and need them reprinted for any reason, please show your proof of purchase and ID at the box office for assistance.
Mobile-Only Ticketing: Addition Financial Arena events are mobile-only ticketing which means for new ticket purchases, your mobile phone is your ticket. Before arriving at your event, please download the Ticketmaster app on your mobile device and locate your tickets in your account. Save your tickets in your mobile wallet on your phone before arriving at the venue.
Age Limit: Age limit is subject to change based on show promoter policy.
Authorized Ticketing Agent: Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing agent of Addition Financial Arena. Addition Financial Arena does not recommend purchasing tickets from the secondary market.

The Gallery: The Gallery is free and open to the public. Normal hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm.
Music Events: Most music events on the UCF campus are free and open to the public. If a music event requires a paid ticket, please purchase your tickets in advance.
