Graduate & Professional School Fair

For students considering furthering their education, the Graduate & Professional School Fair, hosted by UCF Academic Advancement Programs (AAP), is a must-attend event. Scheduled for October 20, 2025, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm in the Student Union's Pegasus Ballroom, this free event provides an invaluable opportunity to meet face-to-face with representatives from top graduate, health professional, and law schools across the country. An early access pass is available starting at 3:30pm.

The Registration Rodeo

Preparing for the upcoming Spring 2026 registration can be daunting. The Registration Rodeo, a multi-day event held at the Dixon Career Center (DCC 121), aims to equip students with the necessary tools and knowledge. Participants will learn how to review their myUCF portal for holds and to-dos, understand the steps to resolve these items, and access and interpret their degree audit.

Link Up with FSU Law: Group Advising

Academic Advancement Programs (AAP) invites students to join a 45-minute group advising session with Ralph Keiffer, assistant director of admissions and recruiting at FSU College of Law, to receive insider tips and personalized feedback on law school application materials.

Explore the ethical use of AI in research at CSEL 121. This workshop offers practical tips and examples to help you use AI responsibly and effectively in your academic work, covering skills from organizing literature to analyzing data while maintaining ethical standards.

Coping with Social Anxiety

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers a workshop focused on "Coping with Social Anxiety." This virtual workshop aims to increase participants' understanding of social anxiety, including its symptoms and healthy coping strategies. It is part of the CAPS Well-Being Online Workshop (WOW) series.

SMART Recovery

SMART Recovery, a support group that meets every Monday (excluding campus closures/holidays) in Student Union 313, offers an evidence-informed recovery method grounded in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It supports people with substance dependencies or problem behaviors to build and maintain motivation and cope with urges. The meeting is open to all UCF students, faculty, staff, and community members.

Welloween (Wellness Fair) 2025

The annual Well-o-ween event at the Downtown Campus (DPAC 106, West tower) celebrates holistic well-being. This wellness fair welcomes all Valencia and UCF students, faculty, and staff to explore diverse resources and activities focused on supporting mental, physical, and emotional health. Big Red Bus - Donate Blood Today!

Help maintain a safe and ready blood supply by donating blood at the OneBlood bus parked on Memory Mall near the Veterans Memorial. Walk-ups are welcomed, and appointments are appreciated.
