Summer Internship Program: A Master's in Entertainment
UTA's Summer Internship Program exposes interns to a wide variety of business practices in the field of entertainment. The program is designed to provide real-world experience, industry insights, and the opportunity to work alongside top professionals shaping the future of entertainment.
Program Overview
The Summer Internship Program is an 8-week program with a tentative start date in May. The Internship will also entail assisting with a variety of daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Interns receive formal instruction on the fundamentals of the talent agency business and how to work within it. Interns will service the company across all departments and participate in UTA University programming, UTA's in-house education program. The skills learned and relationships built during the program are meant to springboard interns to join the Agent Training Program and a successful career in the entertainment industry.
Many call it a "Master's in Entertainment" because it combines real-world experience with strategic guidance. It is an intentional, immersive journey where you will have access to world-class classes and practical feedback designed to help you grow fast. When you finish, you will have practical skills, deep industry insight, and an impressive professional network.

Hands-On Experience
This isn’t your typical internship. You’ll collaborate across departments, contribute to projects addressing client needs, and conduct research that supports UTA’s business objectives. Whether you’re analyzing industry trends or assisting with administrative tasks, your contributions will have a direct impact on our company. You'll work side-by-side with Agents and Executives across multiple departments. From assisting with talent deals to exploring the world of the creator economy, you'll contribute to real projects that influence the industry.
What You'll Get
This internship is designed to prepare you for the demands of a full-time role in entertainment. You’ll support UTA across all departments, participate in our UTA University programming, and gain hands-on experience through daily tasks and special projects. This internship offers compensation of $18.50 per hour.

Eligibility and How to Apply
Open to current juniors across all declared majors and degree programs. Students must be actively enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate program, who have at least Sophomore standing in undergraduate studies (i.e. December 2022 graduates and beyond).
To apply, submit your application by November 30, 2025. The program start date is June 16, 2026, and the duration is 10 weeks.

UTA’s Marketing & Brand Partnerships Training Program offers a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of entertainment and branding, where you’ll learn from industry leaders, work on high-profile projects, and kickstart a successful career in one of the most exciting sectors of our business. As a trainee, you’ll dive deep into the agency’s operations, rotating through key departments focused on Brand Partnerships and Marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as market analysis, strategic planning, client insights, new business development, and crafting compelling presentations that drive brand success.
