Studio Etiquette and Information
To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to check in and connect with the teacher.
- Bring a yoga mat and water. Mats are available for rent, and water is available for purchase.
- Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement.
- Inform the teacher of any injuries or concerns before class.
- Ages 13 and older are welcome to attend Beginners/Unheated/Warm classes. Ages 16 and older are welcome to attend Hot Power classes. Ages 13-15 must have a parent/guardian participating in class with them.
- Under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian in person at the studio prior to the first class.

There are three ways to sign up for a class:
- Through the Universal Power Yoga app.
- Online.
- In person at the studio.
Addressing Common Questions
- Can I bring my kids to class? 13 Years old for Beginners / Unheated / Warm Classes, 16 Years Old for Hot Power Classes. Ages 13-15 must have a parent / guardian participating in class with them. Under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent / guardian in person at the studio prior to the first class.
- What if my pass expired? Depending on your situation, UPY will consider extending a pass that recently expired. Keep in mind that the 4x and 8x per month members get to roll unused classes forward, so this might be the best option for you.
