San José State University’s housing caters well to every stage-from freshman halls to evolving grad communities. SJSU housing options accommodate students based on their budget and preferences.
Campus Village Building A (CVA)
Campus Village A offers overnight guest housing for short-term stays.
Campus Village Building B (CVB)
CVB offers apartments with a kitchen and living room area. Meal Plans are available but not mandatory for all residents living in CVB. Costs will vary depending on the meal plan chosen.
Amenities in CVB
CVB includes amenities such as a Market which offers pizza, coffee, ice cream, and drinks, a floor Resident Activity Center (RAC), and an on-site laundry facility, and a gaming area with air hockey, ping pong, and pool.

International House

Room Types and Features
Double Room
As the Double Room, in a slightly smaller space, and at a lower rate. Please note that beds are not furnished with pillows, blanket, or other linen.
Triple Occupancy Rooms
Triple occupancy rooms have one set of twin, extra long beds, which must be bunked. Note that beds are not furnished with pillows, blanket, or other linen.
Studios
Studios have one twin extra long bed and include a bathroom and a kitchenette (stove, microwave oven, and mini-refrigerator). They also include closets. Please note that beds are not furnished with pillows, blanket, or other linen. These apartments are limited.

You can complete and submit the Housing application at our New Portal Site. Fees at San Jose State University are partially refundable depending on the cancellation date.
