  • Slate Coordinator, Graduate & Student Success: Supports the configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of the institution’s Slate CRM system for graduate admissions and student success initiatives.
  • Technology Support: Collaborate with faculty, students, and staff to support the technology needs of the teaching and learning environment.
  • Office Manager, Counseling Center: Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Counseling Center including patient scheduling, electronic records management (Medicat), patient triage, preparing and compiling reports.
  • Groundskeeper: Responsibilities of the position include the maintenance of university landscaping and grounds, minor repair to grounds equipment, operation of snow removal equipment, lawn care equipment, and other grounds keeping tasks to maintain a safe and attractive environment.

  • Assistant Director of Campus Safety & Police Captain: Leads the day-to-day operations of the University of Scranton’s law enforcement department. Reporting to the Executive Director of Campus Safety & Chief of University Police, the Captain ensures police services support a safe, inclusive campus environment.
  • Area Coordinator, Office of Residence Life & Housing: Responsible for fostering a vibrant, student-centered residential community by providing leadership, mentorship, and support to students living within the Scranton community.
