Pet Policy
University Suites is a pet-friendly community, welcoming both dogs and cats. However, certain restrictions apply.
- All pets will undergo verification through a third-party screening service.
- A Pet Fee of $400 must be paid for all cats/dogs.
- There is a limit to 3 dogs per apartment, weighing no more than 75 pounds.
- All pets must be pre-approved in person by the manager(s). Any pet may be denied for any reason.
- Certain dog breeds are restricted, including American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler's, Wolf-Hybrids, and any dog that has any of the breed lineage.
- Caged Animals do not require an additional deposit but there is a $10 monthly fee for all rabbits, gerbils, ferrets, hamsters, birds, turtles, reptiles (no snakes allowed) and chinchillas must be kept in an appropriate cage at all times.
