Annual tuition payments in 2025-2026 received a 3% discount on tuition if paid by August 1st or upon enrollment for new students.
  • Semester
  • 12 Month (June-May)
  • 10 Month (August-May): Those not paying in full, or using a credit card may be required to enroll in FACTS. FACTS is a tuition management company that will debit your checking account or charge your credit card 11 months out of the year (September - July). The charge for this service is $50.

All families are required to enroll in FACTS. To set up your account, go to www.factsmgt.com > Parent Log In. You may choose your monthly payment due date of the 1st, 5th, or the 10th of the month.

Important Payment Policies:

  • VCA sends the bill on the first day of each month, starting in August. Payment is due by the 10th day of the month. A $35 late fee will be charged for payments received after the 10th day of the month.
  • Quarterly and final grades will be withheld until all payments are current.
  • Student transcripts/records will be released only after the account has been paid in full.
  • Payment must be made each month in which the student attends a day of school during that month. No refund will be made for any month in which a student attends VCA.
  • For payments returned because of insufficient funds, FACTS Tuition Mgt will assess a $35.00 service charge.
  • A family’s account must be current before a student may re-enroll for the following year.

Financial Aid and Assistance Programs

VCA is committed to making Christian education accessible. Realizing this, the VCA board designates a portion of the annual budget to provide tuition assistance to qualifying families that are committed to providing Christian education for their children. Several financial aid and assistance options are available:

  • VCA Tuition Assistance: A limited amount of Financial Aid is available. This assistance is based on financial need. The application process includes completing a confidential financial statement, which is filed electronically. This third-party service informs the school of the amount of assistance for which the family qualifies. Once accepted as a VCS student with your payment plan set up, you can apply for financial aid using your FACTS account. Approval of any financial assistance will be conditional upon the family participating in fundraising and/or volunteering opportunities. Fundraising commitments may include but are not limited to: Trivia Night, Choir Auction Dinner, and other school events.
  • Florida Tax Credit (Income Based & HB1 Scholarships): These are initiatives of the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship program that provides K-12 education scholarships for ALL students. See the link for more information. In no case will the sum of a student’s scholarship, plus any discount received, exceed the sum of a student’s annual tuition plus any includable fees.
  • FES-UA Scholarship: This is for students with disabilities or special needs. If your student has an "IEP/Service Plan or a 504 plan", please provide a copy of their current plan, report cards for the past 2 years, and all test results to the registrar. Please contact us before you apply, so Administration can review and determine whether VCA can accommodate your child’s academic or medical needs. We enroll a limited number of students per grade level with exceptionalities to maintain a balance of academic and behavioral demands within the classroom.
  • VCA Referral Program: For every new family that provides a “referral certificate” upon enrolling a student in grades 1 - 12, the current family and the enrolling family will receive $750 off tuition ($500 for kindergarten-spread out over a 10 month period beginning in August). If families begin after September 1, the credit referral will be prorated for remaining months.
    • Referral applies only to the current school year.
    • The offer is based on FAMILY and not on student numbers. Credit is not issued on the 1st and 12th month of the financial year.
    • You may recommend Victory Christian Academy to more than one family and receive the corresponding credit.
    • The new family MUST have a completed “referral certificate” in their possession upon enrollment. If they do not have one, a credit WILL NOT be given.
    • Credit referral cannot be shared with another presently enrolled family. Only one family can be credited with the referral.
    • If either family withdraws during the school year, both families will lose any remaining credit referral.
  • Discounts:
    • Multi-child discounts are available:
      • Child 2 - 10%
      • Child 3 - 30%
      • Child 4 - 50%
    • Alumni (per family) 10%
    • Full-Time Senior Pastor In Tulsa area 25%
  • Consider Additional Resources: Talk with extended family. Ask your local church. Churches oftentimes have funds set aside for ministries like VCA, but they don’t know of the need unless they are told.

Additional Programs and Considerations

  • Early/Extended Care: Our school provides early care/extended care from 6:30am to 6:00 pm for children from K4 up to sixth grade. Please contact the school office with questions.
  • Victory Family Church Tither Rate: VCA facilities have been made available through Victory Family Church. VFC families have helped to make these facilities possible through their obedience to God’s Word as it relates to tithing and giving (Malachi 3:10-12). The Non-VFC Tither Rate also helps to cover our facility expenses. The parents or guardians of VCA students who have consistently attended and contributed at least the tithe (10%) of their income to Victory Family Church on a regular basis for at least four consecutive months qualify for the Tither Rate. Records are verified twice a year in January and July. Grandparents who consistently attend and tithe at VFC and pay for their grandchild(ren)’s tuition will qualify for the Tither Rate.

Important Policies

  • Non-Discriminatory Policy: Victory Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, or national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Victory Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic programs, or other school-administered programs.
  • Withdrawal: A withdrawal form MUST be completed in the school office. Late fees will accrue on the account if not paid in full and collection action may be taken. Upon withdrawal, tuition is the only fee that will be prorated and refunded.
