The State College location emphasizes face-to-face conversations and a relaxed environment, distinguishing itself from establishments focused on high-definition TVs. With about 40 seats inside and additional seating in a pet-friendly courtyard, the tavern provides a welcoming space for patrons. The franchise model encourages owners to add region-specific options to the menu. The College Station location, for example, features Texas and Tex-Mex options, including tacos and stuffed poblanos with pulled pork.

Voodoo’s year-round portfolio includes Hoodoo (IPA), Gran Met (a Belgian-style ale), Voodoo Love Child (Gran Met on passion fruit, cherries, and raspberries), Killapilz (an imperial lager), White Magick of the Sun (witbier), and Wynona’s Big Brown Ale (a brown ale).
