- Apple: Apple offers a few ways to help full-time employees with their education. The Apple Education Reimbursement program can help with formal education up to $5,250. Employees may also attend Apple University to learn key financial, software, and business skills.
- AT&T: Part and full-time employees at AT&T can receive tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year as long as they have worked a minimum of six months at the company. Eligible employees of BP are offered up to 90% in tuition reimbursement for educational and vocational courses at approved institutions. Courses eligible for reimbursement must be approved before they’ve been registered for and students must receive a passing grade.
- Chipotle: Both hourly and salaried employees at Chipotle are eligible for tuition reimbursement. - FedEx: Employees at FedEx can take part in their company's tuition reimbursement program. FedEx provides up to $5,250 annually to support employees pursuing a college degree or attending trade, vocational, or technical school.
- Ford: Ford has a generous education program for full-time employees that pays up to $6,000 per year in tuition and fees.
- Home Depot: At Home Depot, tuition reimbursement is available for employees as soon as they start work. Home Depot employees seeking an associate, bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, or technical degree can receive reimbursement for up to 50% of educational costs including tuition, books, and registration fees. At Home Depot, full-time salary employees can receive up to $5,000 a year, full-time hourly employees $3,000, and part-time hourly up to $ 1,500 per year. - Papa John’s: In partnership with Purdue University Global, Papa John’s reimburses 100% of any corporate employee’s tuition after working 90 days at a minimum of 20 hours per week. Through its Dough and Degrees initiative, Papa John’s offers its employees 100% free tuition for undergraduate and graduate online degree programs. Eligible corporate team members can enroll in any of Purdue Global’s online degrees. Franchise employees can also receive tuition assistance/reductions through the program.

- Starbucks: Starbucks covers full tuition for eligible employees who enroll in their College Achievement Plan. To participate, employees must enroll in an Arizona State University online degree program. Full-time and part-time employees seeking a bachelor’s degree for the first time are eligible for 100% tuition coverage for online programs at Arizona State University. The Starbucks College Achievement Plan is available to part-time and full-time benefits-eligible Starbucks partners. Recipients of this award will receive full-tuition coverage at Arizona State University's online program.
- Target: Target tuition reimbursement covers up to $5,250 for undergraduate degrees per year. Target offers its employees free college tuition to 40+ colleges and universities across the United States. The retail giant will also cover course fees and textbooks. Target’s Debt-Free Degrees pays institutions directly. Additionally, graduate students can earn up to $5,250 for non-master’s degrees and up to $10,000 for master’s degrees.
- T-Mobile: After 90 days of employment, all part and full-time T-Mobile employees are eligible for full tuition coverage in one of their partner college online degree offerings.
- UPS: UPS offers tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year to part-time and full-time employees. UPS employees can claim up to $5,250, with a lifetime maximum of $25,000, and are eligible for tuition assistance on the first day that they're hired. Employees can use their tuition assistance on any subject of their choice. Through the company’s Earn & Learn program, UPS employees can receive up to $5,250 annually in tuition assistance for a lifetime maximum of $25,000. Employees are eligible when they begin working at UPS.
- Verizon: Full-time employees at Verizon are eligible for up to $8,000 in tuition reimbursement each year. However, Verizon's program requires that the education be related to the company’s business. In partnership with Bellevue University, full-time Verizon employees enrolled at full-time, degree-seeking students can receive up to $8,000 a year in tuition assistance. Part-time employees are also eligible to receive assistance of up to $4,000 annually.
- Walmart: For $1 per day, part-time and full-time employees who have been at Walmart for at least 90 days can earn college degrees in demand fields at one of their partner online colleges. Walmart employees can earn high school diplomas, college degrees, skilled trades, and professional certificates at no cost. The company will cover all costs for select online programs from universities like The University of Arizona, University of Arkansas, and Purdue University.
- Spectrum: Full-time employees at Spectrum Communications are eligible for their education benefit, which covers 100% of tuition for select online degrees and certificate programs. Since launching its Education Benefit program in 2023, Spectrum has offered its full-time employees 100% tuition coverage upfront for more than 300 online degree and certificate programs at 30 universities and learning providers.
