- MyWCC: You can pay (check or credit card ) for your classes by going to MyWCC. You can apply for financial aid and use it towards your tuition and fees.
- Financial Aid: It is important to remember that financial aid processing can take up to two weeks and requires you to be responsive to requests for documentation. You need to plan in advance.
In addition to the cost of tuition, you will need to pay a variety of fees each semester. Fees vary based on whether you are a full-time or part-time student, the method of course delivery, and the campus you attend. You may have to pay additional fees based on your program of study.
Addressing Common Registration Issues
WCC provides solutions for common registration issues:
- Closed Course Sections: My desired course or section is closed. Degree Works can help you search for an open session www.sunywcc.edu/degreeworks. If you need assistance with that, you can reach out to an academic counselor or your faculty advisor. If the courses you want to take are no longer available (closed), you should search for another class section or course (s).
- Dropped Courses for Non-Payment: If your courses were dropped for no payment, you must reregister for your courses (if they are still available) and pay for your classes at that time. You can also try to reregister and set up a payment plan. If you were attending classes and were dropped for non-payment, you can reregister and pay for your class(es) (if they are still open). You may still be able to set up a payment plan. If you cannot get back into your class(es), you can try to enroll in another class. If you were dropped for non-payment after the add/swap period is over, obtain a Registration Exception form from the school dean or Registrar. You will need to follow the instructions on the form and obtain all your instructor signatures to verify attendance. (This form is intended only for exceptions after the add/swap period is over.
- Add/Swap Period: If the semester has started, you have the opportunity to add a class (if seats are available) during the Add/Swap period at the beginning of the semester.
