- Undergraduate Students: Must maintain continuous enrollment of at least six credit hours per semester. International undergraduate students must carry a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester.
- Graduate Students: Must maintain continuous enrollment of at least four credit hours during both the fall and winter semesters, and one credit hour during the spring/summer semester. International graduate students must enroll in at least eight credit hours during the fall and winter semesters.
For Federal Work-Study eligibility, students must also have received and accepted a Federal Work-Study award for the current award period from the Office of Student Financial Aid.

Important Information for New Hires
