Packaging Internship at Benefit Cosmetics
The BeneFit Cosmetics Packaging Internship is tailored for students majoring in packaging engineering or related fields. Interns assist in the development of components and promotional secondary packaging, initiate and conduct packaging shipment and deco testing, collate packaging drawing and specifications, and compile data and create necessary spreadsheets in support of regulations.
To be considered for this internship, candidates should possess an understanding of plastic and paper packaging material, knowledge of ASTM Package Testing methods, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Creative: Creative interns participate in the ideation of new concepts and content, visualizing new store designs and product merchandising. They learn to execute design direction, working alongside Creative Directors, Designers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Designers, and Copywriters.
Global Communications: Global Communications interns support digital/social media efforts, collaborating with digital agencies, spearheading social media monitoring, brainstorming content ideas, and analyzing social media reports. They may attend content development and social media planning meetings to support creative strategy for corporate campaigns.
Data Analytics: The Data Analytics track focuses on the evolving role of data insights and analytics in consumer growth and marketing strategies. Interns are offered technically challenging roles in the Enterprise Marketing & Data division, focusing on data science, data analytics, and customer relationship management. Candidates should be comfortable working with large complex data sets and translating them into business insights.
Finance & Strategy: The Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) MBA Summer Internship is designed for high-potential MBA candidates interested in Strategic Finance. As an MBA summer intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business. Global Finance interns assist with projects instrumental to the Global Finance function, aligned with strategic business priorities, and receive mentorship from seasoned executives.

Information Technology: Information Technology interns serve in various roles, helping teams deliver best-in-class technological solutions. Responsibilities may include generating actionable insights through dashboards and views, mixing sales data, market shares, product ratings information, and social data.
Marketing: Marketing interns gain exposure to specific areas of marketing at the brand or corporate level, developing skills through digital, product marketing, or consumer insight projects.
