Berkeley Carroll School is an elite private co-ed school for children in PreK and kindergarten through grade 12. Located in one of the preeminent neighborhoods of New York, the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, Berkeley Carroll prides itself on providing academic rigor to its 820 students. As one of New York City’s oldest college preparatory schools, Berkeley Carroll has upheld a deep respect for academic tradition since its founding in the late 19th century.

Campus and Facilities
Our buildings feature state-of-the-art libraries, laboratories, and studios. The school's newly renovated Performance Space rivals that of many Broadway theaters. The Athletic Center is home to the high school basketball program and 75-foot pool.
Faculty and Student Body
A culturally diverse body of approximately 110 full time teachers comprise the Berkeley Carroll faculty, 80 percent of whom have masters degrees or higher. The student/faculty ratio is 7:1.

A Personal Testimony
