Here at Title Boxing Club Weston there is a program for Parkinson's patients called Rock Steady Boxing. They hold classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 2-3pm. Classes are taught by a Rock Steady Affiliate who has been trained in the program in Indianapolis, they are looking for volunteers to help our members during classes. - General Volunteer: Volunteers with be helping our members with Parkinson's though a non-contact boxing-inspired fitness routine. Classes will be taught from 2pm - 3pm Tuesday and Thursdays starting in September.
