Fanshawe College is a large, publicly funded institution located in London, Ontario, Canada, approximately a two-hour drive from Toronto and Niagara Falls. PG Certificate: A bachelor’s degree in a related subject, usually with a second division/class standing. Campus Locations

Fanshawe College has multiple campuses and locations:

London Campus: The main campus in London, Ontario, covers 100 acres and includes twenty-three buildings, nearly 1200 apartment-style residence rooms, and close to 400 townhouse rooms. The London Campus houses the School of Transportation Technology and Apprenticeship and the Norton Wolf School of Aviation Technology.
London Downtown Campus: Established in 2018.
London South Campus: Located at 1060 Wellington Rd. South, this newly renovated building opened in September 2019 and hosts programs in Business Management, Business and Information Systems Architecture, Agri-Business Management, Health Care Administration Management, and Retirement Residence Management.
St. Thomas/Elgin Regional Campus: Located in the southeast end of St. Thomas, Ontario, this campus serves approximately 350 full-time students and 2,000 part-time students.
Simcoe/Norfolk Regional Campus: This campus is home to almost 200 full-time students and hundreds more part-time students. It offers certificate, diploma, and graduate certificate programs, academic upgrading, continuing education, corporate training, and career and employment services. Unique full-time programs include Adventure Expeditions and Interpretive Leadership, Developmental Services Worker (Accelerated), and Early Childhood Education (Accelerated).
Woodstock/Oxford Regional Campus: Located at the forks of Highways 401 and 403, this campus serves approximately 450 full-time students and 2,000 part-time students. It offers certificate and diploma programs, apprenticeships, academic upgrading, continuing education, and corporate training.
Huron/Bruce Regional Sites: Fanshawe has had a presence in the central Huron/Bruce area since approximately 2007.

A Storied History

Fanshawe College was built in the former hamlet of Fanshawe (now part of London, Ontario), which was founded by Irishman Hamilton Hartley Killaly. The Ontario Vocational Centre London held its first classes in September 1964. In 1967, it became Fanshawe College, part of a provincial system of applied arts and technology colleges. James A. Colvin was named Fanshawe College's first president in 1967.

Athletics

Fanshawe College joined the Ontario College Athletic Association (OCAA) in 1967 as one of the six founding members. Many of Fanshawe's varsity programs participate in both the OCAA and the Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA). As of the 2021/22 season, the Falcons have a total of 22 national championships, 152 provincial championships, and a total of 432 medals.

The Fanshawe Student Union (FSU)

The Fanshawe Student Union (FSU) is a student representative body that meets the various needs and expectations of students attending Fanshawe College. The FSU has had a student newspaper since its inception, first known as Fanfare, changing to The Dam in 1971, and later becoming The Interrobang.
