Admissions Information
To begin a degree program at Full Sail, applicants must have a standard High School diploma or GED from a recognized and accredited school. Two letters of recommendation are suggested, but not required.

The admission process includes:
- Application: Fill out an application.
- Registration Fee: Pay the $75 registration fee (can be deferred).
- Deposit: After enrollment, a $200 deposit is required to reserve a seat in the degree program. The total amount of $275 will be credited towards tuition but is not covered by financial aid.
The application may take 1-2 business days to be processed. Once processed, the admissions team will contact applicants regarding any additional documents and/or admission requirements needed to complete the application process. Admission to Full Sail is done on a rolling basis, with degree programs commencing each month.
Transfer Credits and Credit by Examination
Full Sail University recognizes the value of prior learning and offers opportunities for students to receive transfer credit for Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and CLEP exams. Students who have participated in these programs and taken the national exams may be eligible to have their scores reviewed for Full Sail transfer credit.
Online students with at least five years of management and/or leadership experience may be eligible for credit by examination (CE) for the following graduate degree programs: Business Intelligence master of science, Digital Marketing master of science, and Entertainment Business master of science.
To determine which courses will be accepted as transfer credits, students should send an official transcript to their Admissions Representative at 3300 University Blvd., Winter Park, FL 32792. While Full Sail credits may transfer to other institutions, the acceptance of credits is at the discretion of the receiving school, and students should contact the school to which they wish to transfer.
