Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. No deposit is required for field trip bookings.

Cut-off: Wednesdays at 12pm for the upcoming weekend.

Important Information for Events

Outside Food: Outside food is not permitted.
Final Count: We’ll do our best to adjust, but your final count is locked in 7 days before your event and will be used for billing.
Dietary Restrictions: Yes! Please notify us of any dietary restrictions when submitting your final menu, and we’ll work to accommodate.
Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in, get wristbands, and go over your event flow with your host (if applicable).
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds or rescheduling options depend on how far in advance you notify us. Contact our Events Team for full cancellation policies.
