HBCUCONNECT.COM is proud to announce the HBCU CONNECT HBCU Student Scholarship Program for HBCU students. Scholarships are awarded to recipients for one academic year. Scholarship funds will be disbursed to the designated school and are not transferable to other academic institutions. These funds are for the current academic year as posted by the financial aid office of the university or college and can be used for other costs on the recipient's bursar bill.
NFBPA Scholarship Program: Investing in Future Public Service Leaders
The National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) is pleased to announce its Scholarship Program. The NFBPA Scholarship Program is designed to recognize African American or other minority students who are currently enrolled full-time at an accredited, traditional four-year college or university, preferably an HBCU, who exemplify outstanding scholarship, and leadership, particularly as related to public service. NFBPA provides several scholarships to college students each year through partnerships with corporate supporters, public sector organizations, and individual contributors. Scholarships are offered in furtherance of NFBPA’s goal of lending support to African American and other minority students interested in leadership roles in public service.

- Be a current full-time undergraduate (min. 12 current credits) or full-time graduate (min 9 current credits - thesis/non-thesis master’s; doctoral research credits can be counted) student.

- HBCU students are encouraged to apply.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (The CIGNA undergrad scholarship requires minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA).
