  • Information Removal/Replacement: Working with The Center team to remove any information that is no longer being utilized and/or replace information with accurate information.

Job Aid Preparation and Alpha Testing

Interns may also be involved in the preparation of job aids and the execution of alpha tests for new products. This involves collaborating with various teams to develop comprehensive guides and materials that support the successful launch of new menu items.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Initial Job Aid Preparation: Attending or getting handoff documents from Culinary to Operations handoff meeting for new product.
  • Job Aid Modification: Working with the ITM manager to identify job aids to modify.
  • Alpha Test Criteria: Writing out Alpha Test criteria.
  • Pre-Alpha Visit Guide: Utilizing information from handoffs, job aids, and any other materials to put together Pre-Alpha visit guide.
  • RESC Slide Creation: Creating RESC slides at the same time so information is compiled for the next meeting.
  • Pre-Alpha Test Preparation: Ordering Alpha Test product from NDCP and coordinating delivery to test PCs.
  • Readiness Call Deck Content: Providing direction on content for readiness call decks.
  • Daymark Updates and Maintenance: Adding LTO and new Permanent items to Daymark, and cleaning up items that have left the system.
