Inspire Early Education Programs: Nurturing Tomorrow's Leaders
Early childhood education is rapidly evolving, becoming a crucial frontier in shaping the next generation. These formative experiences lay the groundwork for character and understanding, influencing how children approach future learning, pursue goals, and realize their dreams. Inspire early education programs are designed to create immersive learning environments where children's natural curiosity and creativity are supported and nurtured.
The Importance of Experiential Learning
Children's first learning experiences should be rich, engaging, and captivating, focusing on real hands-on interactions. The Experiential Based Curriculum creates an immersive learning environment where children's natural curiosity and creativity are supported and nurtured. By providing unique opportunities for exploration and discovery, these programs aim to instill a life-long love of learning in each child.
Unique Campus Environment
Inspire programs often boast impressive facilities designed to enhance the learning experience. A spacious campus, such as a 40-acre site, can provide direct access to nature, including parks. The presence of animal attractions and multiple playgrounds further enriches the environment, shaping how children perceive and engage with learning. The campus has docile zoo animals, 5 incredible and unique playgrounds, direct access to the 244 acres of Governor Nelson State Park and specially designed educational facility will provide experiences that shape and nurture the way children think and feel about learning.
Curriculum That Inspires
The curriculum is designed to be both engaging and educational, focusing on key areas of development. A focus on science and math, self-expression, creativity, music and movement, outdoor play, group time, learning centers, language focus (Spanish), breakfast/lunch/snack times, story time, rest time. This ensures that our children enter the K-12 space with a strong foundation in language, literacy, early mathematics concepts, scientific inquiry, and social-emotional learning.
Qualified and Dedicated Staff
Children learn significantly by observing adults. Inspire programs prioritize employing qualified and highly trained staff whose enthusiasm, caring, and dedication are essential in creating a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment. These teachers leverage the extensive campus to explore with their students, fostering curiosity, encouraging questions, promoting hypothesis formation, and facilitating the development of new conclusions.

Bilingual Early Learning
Some Inspire programs offer bilingual education, such as the Inspire Bilingual Early Learning Center, which may participate in state-funded initiatives like the New Mexico PreK Program.
New Mexico PreK Program
The New Mexico PreK program is a voluntary initiative funded by the state to ensure that every child in New Mexico, aged 3 or 4, has the opportunity to attend a high-quality early childhood education program before kindergarten. These programs are free to all families, with wraparound care available for a fee. Monitored by the Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD), these programs begin at the start of the school year.
Inclusive Programs for Children with Special Needs
Inspire Kids is dedicated to developing each child’s life-long love of learning. Inspire Kids currently operates four preschool sites in Goshen, Newburgh and Monroe. Each year, the preschool enrolls approximately 250 children placed with us by their local school districts’ Committees on Preschool Special Education for school year and summer programs. The children experience a variety of developmental delays or challenges, and receive special education and supportive therapies and services according to an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). The evaluations are a comprehensive examination by qualified personnel of the child’s strengths and needs in order to determine levels of functioning. The Golden Apple Preschool, located within Inspire Kids, is open to the general public and offers full-day inclusionary preschool classes for typically developing children between the ages of 2 ½ and 5 years.
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Children enrolled in these programs often have Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to their specific needs. These plans are developed through comprehensive evaluations conducted by qualified personnel to determine each child’s strengths and areas needing support.
Inclusionary Preschool Classes
To promote inclusivity, some Inspire programs, like The Golden Apple Preschool, offer full-day inclusionary preschool classes for typically developing children alongside those with special needs.

Parent Testimonials
The positive impact of Inspire programs is often echoed in parent testimonials. Parents frequently highlight the caring and kindness of the teachers, the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the significant learning progress their children experience.
Building Strong Connections
Parents often appreciate the strong connections their children form with their teachers, noting that these relationships extend beyond the classroom. The teachers are incredibly kind and treat our children like family. Every morning, they are greeted with warm smiles, and it’s clear the staff truly loves what they do. Our children have learned so much here, and the teachers take real pride in their work and the safety of the children.
Addressing Concerns and Providing Solutions
Some parents have sought out Inspire programs to address concerns they had with previous childcare centers, such as a lack of structure and teaching. They often find that Inspire programs provide a more structured and nurturing environment. The first thing I noticed when our kids started was that everyone sat together for meals in a calm fashion (about as calm as you can get with toddlers!) and played nicely together. This was a big change from the center we had come from! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the kid’s day is structured with learning and different play activities. Our kids have thrived and are better behaved since they’ve been enrolled at Inspire! I would recommend them to anyone!
Focus on Comprehensive Development
At Inspire! Learning and Childcare, the focus is on each child’s education. Our highly experienced teachers make education fun and interactive, leveraging our unique Key Development Areas to specialize learning paths for each child.
Preparing for Elementary School
Setting kids up for elementary school success is just part of what we do. By focusing on a range of activities, Inspire programs aim to prepare children for the transition to elementary school. We strive to provide exemplary care above and beyond other childcare centers. At the preschool / pre-K level, we focus on a range of independent, teacher directed, and small group activities that encourage investigation, exploration, and discovery.
