Prem Jain Memorial Scholarship
The Prem Jain Memorial Scholarship, established by ASHRAE in honor of a Life Member and founder of the ASHRAE India Chapter, supports undergraduate engineering students. The Drs. Sunita & Manoj Jain Education Scholarship supports first-generation and/or Pell-eligible, incoming first-time, full-time Freshmen students who graduated from a high school in Shelby, Tipton, Fayette and Jackson-Madison counties in Tennessee, with a 3.0+ GPA and ACT composite score of 18. Must be enrolled as teacher education major in the College of Education. $10,000 each year, and this award is renewable for up to 3 years as long as the student maintains a cumulative 3.0 GPA and is a teacher education major in the College of Education.
