Jordan Xavier Davis, born on January 12, 2000, is an American professional football defensive tackle who currently plays for the Philadelphia Eagles in the National Football League (NFL). Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Davis's athletic journey began in basketball at Hopewell High School. College Career at the University of Georgia

Davis committed to the University of Georgia, where he played college football for the Bulldogs. He quickly made an impact as a true freshman, playing in 11 games with four starts. He recorded 25 tackles with 1.5 sacks and earned a spot on the Southeastern Conference (SEC) All-Freshman team and Freshman All-American honors from the Football Writers Association of America. As a sophomore, he continued to contribute with 18 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks.

During the COVID-19 shortened 2020 season, Davis recorded 16 tackles and a sack, helping his team secure a victory in the 2021 Peach Bowl against Cincinnati.

Dominance as a Senior

Davis had his best season as a senior, recording 32 tackles (17 solo), two sacks, one pass defended, and a rushing touchdown.
