Keller ISD Student Meals: Ensuring Nutrition and Well-being

Keller Independent School District (ISD) is committed to providing healthy meals every school day, understanding the direct impact of student well-being on academic achievement. This commitment is reinforced by partnerships, such as the one with Sodexo, which focuses on providing nutritious meals in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment conducive to learning.

Free or Reduced-Price Meals: Eligibility and Application

Keller ISD ensures that all students have access to nutritious meals, and recognizes that some families may require financial assistance to afford these meals. Your student may qualify for free or reduced-price meals. For more information about who can qualify and to apply, please visit the links below.

Applications are accepted throughout the school year, providing ongoing support for families whose circumstances may change. The online application portal can be found at www.SchoolCafe.com/KellerISD.

Federal Government Shutdown and Continuity of Meal Funding

Keller ISD understands that families may have concerns about the continuity of school meal funding, especially during periods of federal government shutdowns. To alleviate these concerns, the Texas Department of Agriculture has instituted safeguards to ensure that Texas school meals will keep being served and that meal reimbursements will continue to be paid to school districts on schedule.

Non-Discrimination Policy

In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.
