The Kendra Scott Summer Internship Program offers students an opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of our fast-growing, multi-category, fashion lifestyle brand. The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. This is a full-time, in person opportunity. We value all of our interns and commit to providing a comprehensive learning experience that aligns with individual interests and career goals.

Basics of the Internship Program

Typically, the program runs for 8-10 weeks, providing a concentrated period of learning and contribution. It's a paid experience, acknowledging the value interns bring to the company. It is important to note that relocation assistance is not provided, and the internship is based in Austin, TX. Applicants should apply for the internship they are most interested in pursuing. Applicants that apply for multiple opportunities will not be considered. Sponsorship assistance is not provided at this time.

Consumer Insights & Engagement Intern

As the Consumer Insights & Engagement Intern, you will partner with the Marketing team to unlock meaningful insights about key customer groups and develop engagement strategies to drive brand growth and loyalty. The intern collaborates across teams, working closely with others in Brand, Creative, e-Commerce, Business Intelligence, and IT.

Product Development Intern

For detail-oriented individuals with a passion for jewelry development, the Product Development Intern role offers an immersive experience. Reporting to the Product Development Manager, the intern assists in all aspects of the development cycle for jewelry. The intern will assist in all aspects of the development cycle for jewelry. We will work together to counter source high-volume jewelry product with various suppliers strategically for both execution excellence and cost-savings to support expansive growth and increased profitability. This will help to support our plan to manage the increased tariffs/duties from China but also to help our production capacity and expand our supplier portfolio.

Legal Intern

The Legal Intern provides support for brand protection projects such as drafting cease and desist letters or supporting IP infringement takedowns. The Legal Intern will align with the Legal Services Manager and the Sr. Director, Intellectual Property Counsel on one to three main projects to focus on for the duration of their internship.

  • Leadership Lunches: Every Thursday, interns are invited to catered Leadership Lunches at the Kendra Scott headquarters, where they meet with an executive in the company, listen to their career story, and ask any questions they have.
