The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium Summer Internship Program participants will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s success while receiving hands-on learning experience across business units including the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Each intern will report to a manager within a specific department while also interacting with all departments within the organization. Program participants will be exposed to the organization’s Senior Leadership Team, department-specific work, group project work, and South Florida based activities.
This is a paid internship and will run approximately 10 weeks during the Summer of 2026. Interns will be hired based on career interests, work and internship experience, academic coursework, and on the organization’s departmental needs.
