Academic Support: Assistance to help students succeed in their college-level studies is available through programs like the EOPS Program at Modesto Junior College.
Mental Health and Wellness Services: MJC recognizes the importance of mental well-being and offers 24/7 access to mental health and wellness support through TimelyCare. No insurance is needed to access these services online or via the app. Additional services are also available by calling 209-575-6281 from 7:30am to 12:00pm or 209-575-6038 from 12:30pm to 5pm.

Accessibility Services Center (ASC)
The Accessibility Services Center (ASC) ensures that students with documented disabilities receive the support they need to succeed. Staff assists students with the application process by phone and in person, providing services such as counseling, interpreter services, scribes, and alternate media services.
To access ASC services, students must complete an application form for the current semester and provide documentation of their disability. This can include a copy of their professional documentation (medical, psychological, audiological, etc.) OR a digital copy of their IEP from high school, subject to approval.
ASC offers a variety of accommodations, including:

- Reading and writing assistance
- Enlarged print
Keeping your contact details current ensures that ASC can contact you. Service animals are permitted on campus, as they are specifically trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability, in accordance with the law and accessibility standards.
