The Norman Regional: A Closer Look

Hosting Honors for Oklahoma

For the 14th consecutive season, the Oklahoma Sooners have earned the right to host a regional as the No. 1 seed. This year marks the second time the state-of-the-art Love's Field will serve as the stage for postseason action. As the No. 2 overall seed behind Texas A&M, OU is also in line to host a Super Regional in Norman if they successfully navigate the regional round. This advantageous setup ensures that the Sooners will not have to leave the state of Oklahoma throughout the remainder of the season, even if they secure a berth in the Women's College World Series.
