This immersive, three-day program (August 4th - 7th, 2026) brings together top early-career talent from across the country to experience P&G’s culture, innovation, and career opportunities firsthand.

Do you have a passion for developing people to be at their best? Are you keen to be a strategic business partner? If so, then a role in the Human Resources (HR) organization is for you! As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function.

This is not your typical HR role - you are empowered with truly meaningful projects to work on. You could be doing projects as a Business Unit HR, Function HR, Product Supply HR, or in Talent Practice, and take on responsibilities that will make you grow the business and the organization in APAC, Middle East and Africa.
Your projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development etc. All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results.
Roles and Responsibilities in HR
- Lead 1 or more projects that is linked to your functional, organizational unit, or site strategic objectives.
- Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event etc.), and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.
- Execute any required research, information-gathering, logistics through the appropriate channels.

Qualifications
P&G is looking for students who:
- Are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree from any majors.
- Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions.
- Know how to set priorities and deliver your commitments.
- Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment and has the ability to learn on the job.
- Has good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and stakeholders.
- You are a penultimate year student graduating between December 2026 to July 2027
