Pace ITS staff provides different levels of support for various software, systems, and applications:

  • Full Support (FS): Pace ITS staff provides full support.
  • Limited Support (LS): Pace ITS staff will make a concerted effort to provide assistance or offer alternative resources if applicable. Software, systems, or applications that are not listed below are considered unsupported applications. ITS will make a concerted effort to provide assistance for unsupported applications.

Pace Web-Based Systems Compatibility

For internal Pace web-based systems, the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome are recommended. Older and unlisted web browser versions are not currently supported.
