Contact Your School/District: PowerSchool logins are granted by schools and districts. Each school will verify your identity before giving you an account to help protect student data and privacy.
Unique Portal Link: Each school or district has a unique link for parents and students to access their portals. You can receive this link from your school or district administrators.
Account Creation: Once in the Parent or Student Portal, you will need to create an account.

Understanding the Portals

Parent Portal: The parent portal is an online portal accessible anywhere on the web that parents can log in to and see all of their children in one place, their grades, assignments, scores, attendance, schedules, and school bulletins for each school your children attend. A: Each school or district has their own parent portal.
Student Portal: Each school or district has their own student portal.
District Code: The District Code can be found by signing in to your school’s web portal. When you sign in, the District Code should be visible in the black box located in the lower left-hand corner. Tap Where is my district code?

Troubleshooting Access Issues

Forgot Username: Click on the Forgot Username?
Password Reset: Students should contact their school to reset their password. Note: Your district may have disabled the setup screen. If so, please contact your school administrator directly. If you believe a feature may have been disabled or left disabled unintentionally, reach out to your district and let them know.

PowerSchool Parent Portal Features

Our PowerSchool Parent Portal is available for students and their parents and guardians of ALL grade levels. It is a confidential, web-based application that allows students and parents to view current and historical grades as well as class assignments and attendance.

Account Creation: To access the parent portal, parents and guardians will need to create a registered account using AccessID and AccessPassword assigned to each student. Multiple students can be added to one PowerSchool Parent Portal account. Account information (AccessID and AccessPassword) is included on all high school report cards and progress reports. Please contact your child’s school secretary if you don’t have AccessID and AccessPassword for your child so you can set up a PowerSchool Parent Portal account.
Security: Please remember the importance of privacy and security when accessing grades via the portal. Usernames and passwords should not be shared.

Grades and Attendance (For NBHS): You will see a current grade average based on the grades entered by a teacher. Please be aware that all assignments may not be entered. We have asked our teachers to make sure that they update the grades that appear on a timely basis.
