The Project Management Certificate Program provided a comprehensive review of all PM knowledge areas as well as a personalized study plan and test preparation. This intensive certificate program could be completed in 10 weeks, and was held in both East Orlando and at Kennedy Space Center. Tuition included instruction, textbooks and all study materials.
The Professional Certificate in Project Management program was designed to provide a comprehensive theory to practice approach to project management’s body of knowledge by preparing participants for the PMP Exam. This certificate program could be completed in 25 weeks, and was held in East Orlando. Tuition included instruction, textbooks and all study materials. Payment plans were available and tuition reimbursement was accepted.
Agile Project Management
The PMI Agile course teaches you to use an Agile approach to effectively manage a project's schedule, scope, budget, quality, and team. Additionally, you learn related effective methods and best practices you can apply to your team and with customers. While there are many agile certifications on the market, the International Institute of Business Analysis Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA®-AAC) is the first agile certification offered by IIBA, focusing on agile methodology from a business analyst's perspective. This Agile business analysis course gives you the opportunity to learn key concepts, techniques, and processes for delivering products in an Agile environment along with highly focused exam preparation support for the AAC exam. This course has been designed by experts who have assisted several Agile business analysts in completing the AAC successfully. Upon completion of this Agile business analysis certification course, you will be prepared for the IIBA-AAC exam. This course offers enrollment with or without a voucher.

Project Management Fundamentals Workshop
Foundations of project management in assorted organizations and industries. For those interested in jobs that require Project Management experience or considering obtaining a Project Management certification, workshops can be beneficial. This one-day virtual workshop was led by UCF Professor Dr. Melissa Francisco and delivered via the GotoTraining platform. UCF Alumni, non-profit organization, and multiple-registration discounts also available. Melissa J. Francisco, Ph.D., works for Lockheed Martin Corporation and as an Adjunct Professor for the College of Engineering at UCF. She has an MBA and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering as well as a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from UCF. Foundations of Project Management equipped attendees with information and best practices to learn how projects are managed.

The Management, BSBA program combines theory and application, with a focus on problem solving, group projects and case analysis.
