Chemical Engineering
The Charles D. Davidson School of Chemical Engineering has educated leaders in chemical engineering for over 100 years. The Christopher B. and Susan S. Burke Graduate Program in Civil Engineering has approximately 400 active students. Senior Design provides engineering students with supervised experience in the process and practice of engineering design. A spring ’21 team converted a truck into an electric vehicle, which is now owned by PNW! The 2019 Steel Bridge Team advanced to the national finals for the first time in PNW history.
Student Competition Teams
Student competition teams are a great opportunity to get to know fellow engineering students and put your skills to work. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Ala. One of the PNW rover teams prepares for competition at the NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge in 2019. Both PNW teams finished in the top 10.
