Important Information for Attendees

Registration and Check-in

  • Location: On-site registration and check-in will take place at the Ford Center from Thursday through Saturday. On Sunday, head to the Arrillaga Alumni Center.
  • Hours: Thursday through Saturday during open hours.
  • Name Badge: Be sure to pick up your name badge upon arrival.

Parking and Transportation

  • Parking: Free Reunion Homecoming parking will be available at designated locations.
  • Parking Pass: All Reunion Homecoming attendees will need a parking pass on Saturday, regardless of whether or not you are attending the football game. Complimentary parking passes for Saturday are included with the All-Access pass, Saturday pass, and Class Tailgate single-purchase item only.
  • Shuttles & Golf Carts: The Stanford Alumni Association provides complimentary Reunion Homecoming shuttle services. Guests with limited mobility may request golf cart service to and from event venues by texting limited mobility to (650) 667-TREE or (650) 667-8733, including your name, location, and number of riders.

Discounts

  • Stanford Alumni Association Membership: All SAA members receive a 10% discount on registration. Buying a lifetime membership now also gets you a $100 discount on the lifetime membership purchase price of $695. To access the 10% discount on Stanford Live performance tickets, log in with your SAA credentials.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • Through September 10: Full refund
  • Through October 10: 50% refund
  • After October 10: No refund available
  • A non-refundable $10 registration fee is charged per attendee over 4 years of age.
