RFID Technology: RFID technology provides precise tracking of products, addressing challenges related to unallocated inventory and operational inefficiencies. Reflecting on my internship, I gained a deeper understanding of warehouse management and its integral role in logistics. Effective training plays a pivotal role in reducing operational errors. Exploring advanced technologies like RFID highlighted their potential in enhancing inventory management. The internship developed my professional skills, honed my leadership abilities, and reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career in supply chain management. While at Tractor Supply Company, I was able to drastically improve shrinkage by finding lost or cycled out products. This success demonstrated the effectiveness of our strategies and highlighted the importance of dedicated teams and specialized roles within the warehouse.
